Manikya Lal Verma Textile & Engineering College previously known as Manikya Lal Verma Textile Institute (MLTVI) is situated at Bhilwara of Rajasthan. MLTVI is an autonomous engineering institute of the government of Rajasthan managed by Manikya Lal Verma Textile Institute society in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India. Manikya Lal Verma Textile Institute was established in 1984. In the year 1988; it was upgraded to a degree level engineering college and rechristened Manikya Lal Verma Textile Institute. It started with the Textile Technology branch with an intake of 30 students per year through RPET. It is affiliated to the University of Rajasthan and is approved by A.I.C.T.E.

The admissions in MLVTEC is processed through Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test for Engineering ,Architecture and Pharmacy (RPETEAP) conducted by Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota and AIEEE conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.
