NOTICE

Reference adv no. 01/rectt/2009 & corrigendum published on 7/8.2.2009 for the post of AE (Trainee) and JE (Trainee). It is hereby notified for information of all candidates that:-

1. Previously sent or download admit card is hereby cancelled.

2. The date of examination has now been fixed for 25.10.2009 (Sunday).

3. All the applications have been RE-PROCESSED by the computer and all care has been taken to call eligible candidates. However candidate whose applications have been accepted/rejected have opportunity to rectify any mistake within 7days. Then the eligibility of candidates will be final. For wrong information submitted, applicant will be responsible for rejection of the application and legal action as per declaration given by him.

4. Applicants can send their request for rectification through email at registrar@uktech.in

5. Applicants can download their fresh status card/admit card through www.uktech.in website by entering their name, date of birth and post applied for incase they do not receive admit card by post by 15.10.2009

6. For future correspondence/rectification, the candidate should note down their REFERENCE NUMBER and may use the same.
