Dear Learner,
As it has been decided to conduct the term-end practical examination, June, 2009 for MSC (MACS) programmes as per the date-sheet given below, you are requested to contact your Regional Director for getting the information related to the batch and time etc. In order to be eligible for appearing at the practical examination the students are required to have 70% attendance in MMT-001P, MMT-007P, MMT-008P, MMTE-001P, MMTE-003P and MMTE-004P.

# Hall Ticket Practical Exam BCA/MCA at RC(Regional Centre)-II
GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS 1. Students not registered for TEE Practical at SED (for June 09) are required to submit a Demand Draft of Rs.100/- and Rs.50/- per course towards examination fee in favour of “IGNOU” payable at Delhi at the allotted examination Centre before appearing for examination.
2. Practical examination will be held at the Practical Examination Centres listed above (Table-1) from 0900 to 1800 hrs. as per the schedule. Each session will be of three hours duration for MCSL-025 & MCSL-036 courses and of 2 hours for all other courses.
3. Students of Study/Programme Study Centres listed at Table-1 will appear for practical examination at the respective Examination Centres. Address of examination centres is also given in Table-1.
4. Students registered for TEE (P) at SED for June 2009 and those who have 70% of attendance in the practical sessions of MCA (revised courses) and 75% in all other courses, as per the list provided by their respective Study/Programme Centres, have already been dispatched Hall Tickets by Regional Centre for appearing in the practical examination.
5. Students, who have been issued Hall Tickets, are required to attend practical examination as per the schedule and also specified in their Hall Tickets.
6. Students who have the required attendance in the practical sessions of the respective courses, but their names do not figure in the list of examinees supplied by SED have also been issued hall tickets by the Regional Centre. Such students may be permitted to take practical examination after paying Rs.100/- and Rs.50/- per course towards examination fee at the allotted examination centre before appearing for exam. The fees may be paid through Demand Draft in favour of “IGNOU” payable at New Delhi.
7. Students who have failed in the practical examinations conducted earlier need to produce original copy of their Grade Card at the Regional Centre for issue of Hall Ticket for re-appearing in the practical examination of the courses in which they have failed.
8. Students of Internet Mode may also visit the Regional Centre along with proof of their registration for issue of Hall Ticket by the Regional Centre.
9. Students appearing for the practical examination are required to carry their Identity Card to the practical Examination Centre along with the Hall Ticket issued to them from Regional Centre. Students who do not produce IGNOU Identity Card and Hall Ticket will not be permitted to appear for the examination.
10. Students attached to a Practical Examination Centre will not be permitted to take their practical examination at some other Practical Examination Centre. Likewise students of a particular batch will not be permitted to take TEE Practical Examination in any other batch.
11. The schedule for BCA/MCA Practical Examination is also available at IGNOU’s Website: www.ignou.ac.in and RC Delhi-2 website: www.ignourcd2.ac.in and also at the RC and SCs/PSCs.
12. Issuance of Hall-Tickets to backlog students and students of closed Centres will be stopped by 6th July 2009. In no case hall tickets will be issued beyond this date.
