A training programme on use of SPSS will be organized at Arya Vidya Peeth College, Guwahati from 7th to 11th September 2009. The training programme will be started at 9.30 AM on 7th September 2009 in the computer centre of Arya Vidya Peeth College.

Objectives of the programme:

1. To make researchers aware of different uses of SPSS.
2. To give the researchers hands on experience of using SPSS.

Pedagogy:

The program has been designed to make it highly interactive, which includes exercises, activities and laboratory sessions. The program will be facilitated by experienced faculties drawn from different Universities and Research centers

1. Title of the programme: Training on SPSS for research scholars.
2. Venue: Computer Centre, Arya Vidya Peeth College.
3. Dates: 7th – 11th August, 2009.
5. Registration Fee: Rs.250/-(for fellowship holders), Rs.100/-(for non fellowship holders) to be paid at the time of registration through demand draft in favour of Dy. Director, NECRD (IGNOU) payable at State Bank of India, Geetanagar Branch, Guwahati.
6. Last date for receipt of application: 20th August, 2009.
