Applications for Secretarial Posts
Ch. Brahm Prakash Ayurvedic Charak Sansthan is the upcoming State of the art 210 Bedded Hospital / Teaching Institution under Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Applications are invited for filling the following posts:
1. Sr.Personal Assistant: 1 post in the scale of 9300-34800 + 4200 GP + DAas per Delhi Govt rates.
Essential Qualifications: Recognized Degree with diploma in Secretarial practices, minimum speed 100/40. Knowledge of computers and its use essential. Minimum 10 years experience in secretarial practice.
Age Limit: 50 Years
2. Personal Assistants/Stenographers: 3 posts in the scale of 5200-20200 + 2400 GP + DA as per Delhi Govt rates.
Essential Qualifications: Recognized Degree with Course in Secretarial practices, minimum speed 80/35. Knowledge of computers and its use essential. Experience in Secretarial work will be preferred.
Age Limit: 30 Years
3. Head Clerks : 3 posts in the administration side and 1 post in the accounts side in the scale of 9300-34800 + 4200 GP + DAas per Delhi Govt rates. At present only minimum of the scale would be granted.
Essential Qualifications: Recognized Degree. Knowledge of computers and its use essential. Minimum 8 years experience in Secretarial/administrative work for admin. posts. For accounts post, 8 years experience in accounts work and commercial accounting is required. B.Com or above will be preferred.
Age Limit: 48 Years.
General conditions:
Posts will be filled on contract for a period of 11 months or till regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier. Only minimum of the scale will be granted. Age is relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC of Delhi as per Delhi Government instructions. Also relaxable for Government servants as per Delhi Government instructions. However, no dual relaxation will be permitted. Age will be counted as on the last date of the submission of the application.
Candidates will be required to appear for a Screening Test. The screening test for the head clerks will be held on 20th March 2010 at 2PM at the Sansthan at Khera Dabar near Najafgarh, Delhi-73, which will be to test general knowledge, aptitude for clerical work at senior level and knowledge of office procedures. The Test will be of 90 minutes duration and will include both MCQs and descriptive/narrative type questions. Candidates should bring pencil, eraser and pen for the test. The candidates may check their roll Nos. in the website of the Sansthan: www.cbpavurved.org on 18.3.2010. No separate ADMIT CARD/LETTER will be issued for this test. Dates for the Screening test for the rest of the posts will be announced later.
Willing candidates may please apply with their bio-data in the proforma given below affixing a photograph thereon and candidates for the post of Head Clerk to bring a copy of proforma on 20.03.10. No copies of certificate/Testimonials required at this stage. However, submitting false/incorrect information will invite disqualification.
The application should reach the above given address latest by 1600 hrs on 15th March 2010.
The candidates serving the government/autonomous organizations is required to send the advance copy by 15.3.2010 and through proper channel be sent by 20th March 2010.
