Application Form for Admission to the Management Accountancy Course (MAC Part- I)/Corporate Management Course (CMC Part-I)/Tax Management Course (TMC Part-I) Examination to be held in accordance with the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.

Important Dates:

Date of Examination:
Group I: 11th and 13th May 2010
Group II: 15th and 17th May 2010
Timings of Examination: 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm (IST)
Last Date for receipt of application at the Institute's Headquarters at New Delhi without late fee: 26th February, 2010.
Last Date for receipt of application at the Institute's Headquarters at New Delhi with late fee: 5th March, 2010 .

Application received sifter 5th March, 2010 will not be entertained under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates sending their application by Post must send the same at least 3-4 days in advance of the date and avoid sending it on the last date for receipt of application forms.

Mode of Payment of Fee:
i. The Examination fee should be paid only by way Demand Draft which may be of any Scheduled Bank.
ii. Drawn in favour of "The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India" and should be payable at New Delhi only.
iii. Candidates are advised to furnish the following details on the reverse of the Demand Draft in their own interest. Name, IRM Registration No., Examination Application form No., Centre Opted.

How to Apply:
The application of any Scheduled Bank be sent by Speed Post/Registered Post Only in the special envelope attached to this form to the Additional Secretary (Exams), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi - 110002.
