Important Dates:

Last Date for Receiving Completed Application:  30 September 2009

Exam Date:   November 8, 2009 -Sunday (9.15 a.m.- 12.15 p.m. )across 27 centres across India.

Application forms at IMS Learning Center across the country will be available during August 11, 2009 to September 28, 2009. Personalised Download service is activated.

IRMA offers admission to the following programmes:

1. 31st Programme in Rural Management

PRM is a two year residential postgraduate programme comprising four different segment – classroom, fieldwork, organisational understanding and management training.

Eligibility:

Graduate with  50% (45% for SC/ST/ PwD) aggregate marks or an average GPA from recognised Indian or foreign university/institution are eligible to apply.Candidates who expect to fulfil the eligibility by June 7, 2010 are also eligible to apply. Only Indian nationals are eligibility to apply.

Fees: Tuition fee, refundable deposits, charges for various, etc. amount to about 3 lakh for the entire programme.

Scholarships and loan: Exemption from fee, and prestigious scholarships are available for deserving students. IRMA student get loan from without any collateral.

2. 9th Fellow Programme in Rural Management

FPRM is a coursework based doctoral programme with a residency requirement of minimum 3 years, approved by the ALL India Council for Technical Education.

Eligibility:

1. Post graduate with atleast 55% aggregate marks from a well recognized university and 50% marks in graduation
2. PRM from IRMA,
3. OYP from IRMA with 1 year post diploma experience
4. Four year professional degree(Engineering, Agricultural Sciences etc) with atleast 60% marks and one year of experience OR
5. Five year professional degree (Medicine, Veterinary Science, Architecture, etc.) with 60% marks at graduation

Candidates who expect to fulfil the eligibility by June 7, 2010 are also eligible to apply.

Fellowship: Every FPRM participant receives a gross fellowship of Rs. 10,000/- per month and a contingency grant of Rs. 20,000 per year for a period of 4 years.

3. 3rd Certificate Programme in Dairy Management

CPDM is one year course comprising 6-months duration of class room training following by six months on-the-job internship.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Dairy Technology, Veterinary Science or Engineering (Mech./Elec./Civil/EC/Computer) with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee (Rs. 1.5 lakh) will be borne by sponsoring organization.

Fees:

1. To apply for one programme, the fees- Rs. 1000 for the General & OBC Candidates
Rs. 700 for SC/ST and PwD candidates.

2. To apply for two programmes, the fees – Rs. 1500 for the General & OBC Candidates
Rs. 1000 for SC/ST and PwD candidates.

3. To apply for three programmes, the fees- Rs. 1800 for the General & OBC Candidates
Rs. 1200 for SC/ST and PwD candidates.

Examination Pattern:
Test Duration:  2 hours
Number of Questions : 200 multiple choice questions
Number of Sections: 4

• English Comprehension: 40 marks
• Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation: 50 marks
• Analytical & Verbal Reasoning: 50 marks
• General Awareness: 60 marks

How to Apply:

1. Printed application material (prospectus, application forms, etc) may be obtained from IRMA on payment of full fee.

2. Application material is available with IMS learning centers on payment of full fees. IMS accepts fees for one programme only. An applicant applying for more then one programme can sent the remaining amount by DD to IRMA.

3. Apply online and pay through payment gateway.

4. Download the personalized application form from IRMA website and submit along with the full fee.

Prospectus and sample question paper will be sent to the candidate option for options ‘c’ or ‘d’ , after their application are received at IRMA.
