1. One Deputy Agricultural Marketing Adviser (Group-I) (Survey, Training and Quality Control) in Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, Department of Agriculture & Co-operation, Ministry of Agriculture. 
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+Rs.7600 (Grade pay)(T.E. Rs.29464)
Age: 50 years
Qualifications:  Essential:  A. Educational : Master’s degree in Agriculture or Botany or Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Marketing or Economics or Commerce with Economics from a recognized University.  B. Experience:  Ten years’  experience in the field of Agricultural Marketing including Cooperative Marketing.  OR Eight years’ experience in the field of Agricultural Marketing with diploma in Marketing Management awarded by the Indian Institute of Food Technology or equivalent.

2. One Lecturer(Chinese) in School of Foreign Languages, Ministry of Defence. 
The post is also suitable for Physically Challenged persons with Blindness or Low Vision(B,LV)/Hearing Impairment(HH)/Orthopaedically  Handicapped/Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy with OL(One Leg affected)/BLA(Both Legs & Both Arms affected) persons.

3. Two Research officers(Medicinal Plants/Agronomy) in National Medicinal Plants Board, Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health  & Family Welfare. 
Out of two posts, one post is reserved for Physically Handicapped persons viz Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with OL(One Leg affected)/BL(Both Legs affected)/OA(One Arm affected) or OAL(One Arm and One Leg affected).  The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with above mentioned disability.

Qualifications:  Essential:  A. Educational :  Master’s Degree of Science in Botany or Medicinal Plants or Agriculture or Agronomy or Forestry from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent.  B. Experience :  Three years’ post qualification experience of working in the field of research and development on medicinal plants in a University or Institute or Government Department or Organisation of repute.

4. Three Assistant Professors (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service in the Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre.
Out of three posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.   
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay)+NPA as admissible under rules (T.E. Rs.28194+NPA)
Age: 45 years
Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational :  i)   A recognized Medical qualification  included in the First or the Second Schedule  or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.  Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956.   ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality i.e. M.D. in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation/Diploma in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation given by National Board of Examination/Two years diploma course in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation after MD(Medicine) / MS (Surgery) / MD (Paediatrics) / MS(Orthopaedics) or any other equivalent qualification.  B. Experience : At least three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Lecturer /Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident after the requisite post-graduate degree qualification.   NOTE : I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council  of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE :II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time.  In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. NOTE : III : The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned of the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefore or any other valid proof in support thereof  should be submitted.  Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. NOTE-IV: In the case of  qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. NOTE-V: In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience. NOTE : VI :  Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.  NOTE : VII :  Completion of compulsory  Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished.

5. Seven Specialists, Grade-II (Junior Scale) (Ophthalmology), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service, Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre. 
Out of seven posts, one post is reserved for Scheduled Castes candidates and remaining six posts are reserved for OBC candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay)+NPA as admissible under rules (T.E. Rs.28194+NPA)
Age:  50 years for SC  candidates and 48 years for OBC candidates
Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational :  i)  Same as in Item No.4 at EQ(i) above.     ii) Post-Graduate Degree qualification  in the concerned speciality i.e. M.S(Ophthalmology), MD(Ophthalmology), Speciality Board of the Surgery(USA), P.G. Diploma i.e. D.O./D.O.M.S.  B. Experience: Three years’  experience in the concerned Speciality after obtaining Post-graduate degree or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate diploma.  Duties :  To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the Speciality.  Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.

6. One Assistant Director(Hindi Typewriting & Hindi Stenography) in the Central Hindi Training Institute, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language.
The post is also suitable for Physically Handicapped[ Partially Blind or Low Vision OR Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy[One Leg affected (Right or Left)] candidates.

Age: 35 years
Qualifications :  Essential :  A. Educational :  i) Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with Hindi as one of the compulsory subjects or with Hindi medium, OR Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with Hindi as one of the compulsory subjects at intermediate level or with additional Hindi qualification equivalent to Prabhakar, Sahitya Ratan, etc.  ii) Proficiency in Hindi Stenography with the speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Hindi  typewriting.  iii) One year Diploma/Certificate course in Hindi Typewriting and Hindi Stenography conducted by Industrial Training Institutes or other Institution under the aegis of the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). B. Experience:  Five years’ experience in Hindi Stenography including Hindi Typewriting.

7. One Assistant Director(Explosives) in the Directorate of Forensic Science,  Ministry of Home Affairs.  
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay)(T.E. Rs.28194)
Age: 40 years
Qualification :  Essential :  Educational :  i) Master’s degree in Chemistry/Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University or equivalent.  ii) Seven years experience of analytical methods and research in the relevant field.

8. One Junior Scientific Officer in NAA(Neutron Activation Analysis) Unit/Discipline in the Directorate of Forensic Science, Ministry of Home Affairs.

Qualifications :  Essential :  A. 9. One Senior Scientific Officer, Grade-II(Biology) in the Directorate of Forensic Science, Ministry of Home Affairs.

14. One Assistant Mining Engineer in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4600(Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.17653)
Age: 30 years
Qualifications : Essential :  A. Educational : Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.  OR Diploma(three years course after Matriculation) in Mining Engineering.  B. Experience :  Two years’ experience in Mining preferably in important under-ground Mines for degree holders and five years for Diploma holders in Mining Engineering.

15. Ten Statistical Officers in Planning Department of Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Of the ten posts, two posts are reserved for SC candidates, one post is reserved for ST candidates  & two posts are reserved for OBC candidates.  The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped[Blindness or Low Vision(Partially Blind or Blind) or Hearing Impairment(Partially Deaf or Deaf) or Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor disability or Cerebral Palsy(One Arm Affected, One Leg Affected)] candidates.

16. Three Assistant Engineers/Assistant Surveyors of Works (Mechanical) in Irrigation & Flood Control Department, Govt of NCT of Delhi.
Out of three posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates.  The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy OA(One Arm affected).

2. The age limit shown against S.Nos.9,10 & 11 is relaxed age limit for OBC candidates.  The age limit shown against S.No.13 is relaxed age limit for SC candidates. The age limits shown against S.No.5 are relaxed limits for SC & OBC candidates.
