1. Senior Scientific Officers Gr.II(Metallurgy) : (Ref.No.F.1/249/2009-R-VI) Two Senior Scientific Officers Gr.II(Metallurgy) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service.

No. of Post: Out of two posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+Rs.5400 (Grade pay) (T.E. Rs. 26670) Group ‘A’.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years.

Qualifications : 
Essential :  A. Educational : Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. 
B. Experience :  Two years’ experience in a responsible position in the field of quality assurance /production of aeronautical materials/component, various composites for military aircraft, aero engines and missiles.  Experience in destructive/non-destructive testing, defect investigations/failure analysis in respect of materials/components for aeronautical use.

2. Junior Scientific Officers (Electronics): (Ref.No.F.1/263/2009-R-VI) Two Junior Scientific Officers (Electronics) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Civilian in Defence Services.

No. of Post: Out of two posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4800(Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.17907)Group ‘B’ Gazetted.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years.

Qualifications : 
Essential :   Educational : Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. 
OR 
Master’s Degree in Electronics or in Physics with Electronics as a special subject from a recognized University or equivalent.

3. Junior Scientific Officers (Mechanical): (Ref.No.F.1/262/2009-R-VI) Two Junior Scientific Officers (Mechanical) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Civilian in Defence Services.

No. of Post: Out of two posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates.

4. Junior Scientific Officer(Computer Engg.) : (Ref.No.F.1/264/2009-R-VI) One Junior Scientific Officer(Computer Engg.) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Civilian in Defence Services.

Qualifications : 
Essential :   Educational : Degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. 
OR 
Master’s Degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Physics with Computer Science from a recognized University or equivalent.

5. Assistant Professors (Anaesthesia) : (Ref.No.F.1/237/2009-R-I) Seven Assistant Professors (Anaesthesia) Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre).

No. of Post: Out of seven posts, one post is reserved for SC & two posts are reserved for OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay)+NPA as admissible under rules (T.E. Rs.28194+NPA) Group ‘A’.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years.

Qualifications :
Essential :  A. Educational :
i)  A recognized Medical qualification  included in the First or the Second Schedule  or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.  Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. 
ii) Post-Graduate Degree qualification in the concerned specialty i.e. M.D. (Anaesthesiology) / M.S. (Anaesthesiology) / DA (Two years course) / FFARCS (by examination) / Specialty Board of Anaesthesiology (USA). 
B. Experience :  Three years’ Teaching experience as Lecturer /Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident in the concerned specialty after the requisite post-graduate degree qualification.  

NOTE :
I. The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council  of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.
II. In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time.  In case of medical posts other than allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.
III. The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned of the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefore or any other valid proof in support thereof  should be submitted.  Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts.
IV. In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialties (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination.
V. In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience.
VI.  Holders of specialty Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned. 
VII. Completion of compulsory  Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished.

6. Junior Scientific officer: (Ref.No.F.1/244/2009-R-II/R-IV) One Junior Scientific officer in Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment.

No. of Post: Out of One posts.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200(Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.17145)Group ‘B’ Gazetted.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years.

Qualifications : 
Essential :  A. Educational : Master’s Degree in Psychology or Education from a recognized University with papers either in Mental Testing or Educational and Vocational Guidance and Statistics. 
B. Experience :  Two years’ experience in the application of Psychological Techniques of Appraisal of Aptitudes and Interests or Experience in Test construction. 

7. Deputy Ore Dressing Officer : (Ref.No.F.1/253/2009-R-VI) One Deputy Ore Dressing Officer in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines.

No. of Post: The post is reserved for OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.28194) Group ‘A’ Gazetted.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 43 years.

Qualifications : 
Essential :  A. Educational :  Degree in Mining Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent ;
OR
Master’s degree in Geology or Ore Dressing or Chemistry or Physics from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent. 
B. Experience:  Five years’ experience in well equipped laboratory or Pilot Plant conducting Mineral beneficiation/Mineral agglomeration including two years in a supervisory capacity.

8. Senior Lecturer (Immunohaematology & Blood Transfusion) : (Ref.No.F.1/239/2009-R-I) One Senior Lecturer (Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion) in the Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, Department of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Administration .

No. of Post: The post is reserved for OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000+Rs.8600 (Grade pay) +NPA as admissible (T.E. Rs.58420 +NPA) Group ‘A’ Gazetted.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 53 years.

Qualifications: 
Essential:  A. Educational:  i) A basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.
ii) DM (Immunology) or MD(Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion)/M.D(Pathology or Bacteriology or Haematology) with two years’ teaching experience or special training in the Department of Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion from a recognized University /Institution or equivalent.  
B. Experience:  Three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring post-graduate qualification as Lecturer/Registrar/Sr. Resident / Demonstrator / Tutor in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution.

Pay Scale: Rs.8000-275-13500 NPA not admissible (T.E. Rs.17640)(Pre-revised) Group ‘A’.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years

Qualifications : 
Essential  :  Educational :  i)  A qualification included in Part-I or Part – II of the schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948(16 of 1948). 
ii) Should be registered with a Dental Council.   
NOTE:
