IILM GSM stands for Institute for Integrated Learning in Management – Graduate School of Management, established under the aegis of Ram Krishna & Sons Charitable Trust in the year of 1993.
The institute has been ranked as A+ category business school by the AIMA IMRB Business School Survey.
The programmes designed by the Institute, integrates classroom exercises with industrial and business settings, and in order to bridge the gap that most professionally trained managers find between theory and practice. The diversity of the faculty and the students gives them a real global experience.
Programme:
The programmes currently being run includes
- Two Year (Full Time)Post Graduate Diploma in Management(PGDM)
- Two Year (Full Time)Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management(PGDRM)
- Two Year (Full Time)Post Graduate Diploma in International Business(PGDM-IB)
- Two Year (Full Time)Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services(PGDM-FS)
The Management Development Programmes of IGSM include
• Open Management Development Programmes at IGSM campus.
• Specific programmes to suit concerned organization s requirement.
• Back to school initiative for executives to keep them abreast with the latest in management world
• Short term programmes for executives on specific issues and concern areas.
Placements:
The Placements, both for final jobs and Summer Internships is an integral part of any business school’s annual calendar of activities. IILM GSM also has a well laid-out and systematic process / organized system of dovetailing our students’ career aspirations with corporate’s expectations. The placement cell at IILM GSM comprise of the Student Committee on Placements (SCoP) with 15 members from the first and the second year of PG programme and the Career Development Cell (CDC) represented by IILM GSM faculty and industry professionals. The Placement Office headed by Chairperson- Placements acts as central hub for all activities and is a repository of all information and resources.
Campus & Infrastructure:
The campus is located in the educational hub of Greater Noida viz. Knowledge Park. The institute has Library and Information Centre, Information Technology Centre and Auditorium with Lecture Theaters with LCD and AV Systems.
Research:
Research is an essential ingredient of any academic system. The faculty at IILM GSM takes up research (both fundamental and applied) and case studies in business corporations, both individually and in association with national and international organizations.
The Institute takes up consulting assignments for corporate bodies with the objective of improving contemporary management practices. Consultancy work also involves preparation of project proposals, monitoring mechanisms, baseline and end line surveys, project evaluations, impact assignment documentation for project formulation and policy issues.
