Rajasthan Govt schools to get new infrastructure

Jaipur: Rajasthan Education Minister Mt. Bhanwarlal has announced that toilets and other basic infrastructure would be constructed in all Governmentschools in Rajasthan.

The announcement was made by Mr. Bhanwarlal in a state level ceremony held recently on the Global Hand Washing Day on October 27.

The programme was held in collaboration with the Communication and Capacity Development Unit (CCDU), Rajya Jal Avam Swachhata Mission, Rajasthan Government, Education Department, Women and Child Development Department and UNICEF.

He insisted on washing hands before Mid-Day meal too. He informed that a proposal of Rs.900 crores has been sent to the Central Government for strengthening the existing infrastructure of Govt. schools in the state.
