G.B. Technical University and Mahamaya Technical University, Noida.
Dear Candidate,
With reference to your application for admission to first year B.Tech. /B.Pharma /B.Arch./ B.HMCT/B.FAD programmes,
under Kashmiri Migrants quota, conducted in the institutions affiliated to the Technical universities of Uttar Pradesh, this is to
inform you that the counselling will be held as per the following schedule:
Date of Reporting : 07 July, 2010 ( 9.00 A.M. to 12.00 noon )
Date of Counselling : 07 July, 2010 ( 2.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.)
Venue of Counselling : Faculty of Architecture (GBTU) (Former Lucknow College of Architecture, popularly called GCA), Adjacent to Lucknow University old campus, Near Hanuman Setu, Lucknow.
You are requested to report on the date as indicated above alongwith the following original certificates / documents (with one photocopy of each ), failing which you will not be permitted to participate the counseling.
1- Original Mark sheet of (10+2 ) or equivalent examination.
2- Original certificate of High School (10th class) for proof of age.
3- The proof/ certificate in original, to establish identify of being ward of Kashmiri Migrant.
4- Three recent passport size photographs.
You are also required to bring two separate account payee bank draft of Rs. 500 and Rs. 5000 towards the counselling fee (non-refundable) and advance fee respectively, each payable to "Finance Officer, G.B. Technical University, Lucknow" .under payable at Lucknow. You may note that CASH payment will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
Please note that the total number of available seats in this quota is less than the total number of candidates called for counselling. As such the allotment of seat is not guaranteed to every candidate.
