Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP), a not-for profit company in Bangalore, is looking to appoint a highly motivated, self-driven team player for the post of Manager, Administration & Finance. It is essential that the incumbent is a well-organized individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills who thrives on diversity in an evolving professional environment.
Job Profile: Manager, Administration & Finance.
Qualification:
Essential: 1. Graduate degree preferable commerce from a recognized university with advanced accountancy, financial management, auditing, law and taxation as major subjects.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desirable : Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Company Law / finance / Business Management.
Experience:
Essential: a.Ability to work independently in a computerized environment using standard packages for information processing and retrieval.
b. Minimum of eight (8) years of independent managerial supervisory experience of handling administration, finance and accounts with particular reference to recruitment, payroll administration, establishment matters, budget and accounts, company law (preferably of Section 25 companies) for its day to day administration and management
c. Experience in dealing with matters pertaining to personnel management, finalization of accounts and balance sheet.
d. Should be drawing Current Minimum CTC of Rs 3 Lakhs per annum.
Desirable: 1. Experience of handling matters relating to procurement, import and export, inventory and stores management.
2. Management of contracts for outsourced services.
3. Scrutiny, evaluation and finalization of tender documents and bills.
4. Experience of working in an academic and/or research organization of repute.
Age Limit: Preferably below thirty-five (35) years
Salary : Will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates with experience in multiple areas.
