CENTRAL ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION
Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament, invites applications for filling up of a post of Assistant on deputation on foreign Service terms from employees of Central/ State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Recognized Research Institutions etc.

The details of such posts like scale of pay, required qualifications/qualifying service and experience etc. of such posts are given below:-
1. Name of the Post: Assistant
No. of Post: 01
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- Plus Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- per month.
Qualifications:
Qualifying Service
Officers under the Central Government:-
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
- With 2 years regular service in the scale of Rs.5000-8000 (pre-revised) or equivalent; or
- With 4 years combined regular service in the scale of Rs.4500-7000(pre-reised)
- With 6 years regular service in the scale of Rs.4000-6000 (pre-revised) or equivalent.
Experience in Establishment/ Administration/Accounts
The applications as per prescribed format given in Annexure-I duly completed and signed must reach the undersigned by 20-12-2009. The applications must be routed through proper channel. The sponsoring authorities are requested to forward the applications of eligible & interested candidates whose services can be spared in the event of their selection. While forwarding applications, attested copies of latest five years Annual Confidential Reports and Vigilance clearance certificate of the candidates concerned may be enclosed.
