International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) is situated at Dwarka in New Delhi. IIHMR was established in the month of October 5, 1984 under Societies Registration Act 1958. In order to cater to the growing needs of of the country and Asia-Pacific region, the society felt the need to establish a similar Institute with the focus on national and international health in New Delhi.
The infrastructure facilities are geared to meet all academic and administrative requirements and are at par with the international standards. The classrooms create an atmosphere conducive to learning and are equipped with audio-visual facilities. The conferencing needs are taken care of by air-conditioned conference halls for industry academia interactions. A well equipped modern cafeteria is available and guest houses are located near the campus.
Programmes:
The institute offers a two year full-time Postgraduate Programme with specialization in Hospital Management, Health Management and Healthcare IT. To meet the educational challenges of the rapidly growing health sector in India, IIHMR Delhi provides students with a managerial and technical foundation for careers in consulting, health care systems, hospital management, health plan management and insurance.

Research:
The Institute focus is on health systems and health care research. It conducts and designs policy analysis and review and undertakes intervention research, evaluation studies and operation research studies. We do believe that while academic programme bring visibility, quality research brings credibility to the Institute.
