The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, was established in 1984, by the Government of India, as a national level school of management science. It was the fourth Indian Institute of Management to be established in India after IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmadabad, and IIM Bangalore. It is situated at the outskirts of the city of Lucknow.

Over 240,000 people apply through the Common Aptitude Test each year, with IIML accounting for roughly 390 seats. Over the years, it has created a niche for itself in the areas of marketing, consulting and of late, finance.

Spread over 185 acres, IIM-Lucknow campus is an ideal setting conducive to learning. The campus, set in a serene and verdant environ, not only provides an excellent ambience for the community’s academic endeavors but also enables them with an opportunity to unwind.
